Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and the greatest wishes for 2022! It's Lilliana here, hyped and ready for the second year of Eckheart! I'd love to welcome everyone back to my humble blog!
Before I get started on the post, I'd first like to apologise. I'm so, so sorry for leaving this blog unattended mid-December. That was rude and impulsive of me. I had some personal problems I needed to tend to and I hope that you can all forgive me. My readers mean so much to me and I'm really sorry for not being there for you on one of the most important months of the year.
Moving on, I'd like to introduce some new things I'll be bringing into Eckheart!
#1 Surveys
Although I've been doing a few of these in 2021, 2022 will bring new surveys monthly! It will mostly be around the topic of aesthetics, style and clothes but if you have any fun ideas or you want to let me know a little bit more about you, please add it in the comment section!
#2 Drawings/Paintings
Just a warning and disclaimer: I'm not very talented when it comes to works of art, but I'll do my best to keep you all satisfied! Like the surveys, my drawings will revolve around clothes! For every style drawn, you'll get to see the stages- from a sketch, to an outline and finally the finishing watercolour piece!
#3 Templates
I enjoy designing aesthetic things- and, being under the curse of being a perfectionist, I cannot work as well as I usually do if the sheet of paper given to me is . . . off. So I started designing my own timetable, phone wallpaper, cards etc on Canva. (Insert Angelic Music) Canva is amazing! It's so versatile and includes basically everything I imagined and more! So, with the help of my new best friend Canva, I'll try my hand at making wallpapers, schedules and whatever else you have in mind!
#4 An Aesthetic Gallery
I think this is the part when you more or less realise how obsessive I am of Aesthetics! Each month, I'll be introducing a different aesthetic (existent and non-existent ones) with a little Eckheartian twist! I honestly enjoy saying that word, it sounds so . . . magical. Or alien, whichever way you vibe to it. Anyways, this gallery will include all of said months drawings, inspiration and quotes which match together! And of course, this gallery will also be open to you, my wonderful readers, to show how you interpret this style in your own gorgeous way!
#5 Fandom-Inspired Fits
I've barely done anything like this in 2021, other than the Hogwarts House Outfits but this year, I'm hoping to take that onto a whole new level! I've got ideas for Zodiacs and MBTI types too (though I'm not well-versed in the art of astrology so I hope you can forgive me)! If you'd like me to design something based on a fandom, please comment below and I'll try to absorb the fandom's glory before trying it out!
#6 Playlists
I love, love, love, love, love, LOVE music! So playlists are basically a magical life-saver for me! The first song I remember listening to was by Taylor Swift (<3 Queen) when I was just two and I would start bawling if her song wasn't on. I've got a personal playlist for almost everything, for any vibe, for any day! I also have a playlist for crying, which, instead of helping me heal from tears, it makes me tear up more (Supermarket Flowers by Ed Sheeran *sniffles*).This year, I'd like to introduce some of my favourite playlists onto my Eckheart account in Spotify and I'd love to hear all of your suggestions!
#7 *~Facts About Me~*
To be honest, there aren't many things that you know about me, other than the fact that my name's Lilliana and I adore the colour Blush Pink. So, I'll be adding something on the 'About Page' to know some of the more personal things about me😁✌️!
#8 More Manhwa Luv
I know that last year, I did write that I was including manhwa's in this blog, but sadly, I hardly included any. Which is disappointing saying that I am a major fluffy manhwa hoarder myself *nervously glances at bookshelves*. Anyways, for 2022, I'll be introducing some of my most favourite webtoons and manhwas, for example, 'Who Made Me A Princess', 'Lady Baby', 'I Am A Child of This House', (I'm sorry, I'm a simp for fluffy family x daughter moments)! Webtoons like 'Your Throne', 'Nice To Meet You' and 'Remarried Empress' (I stan powerful women🤩🥰🤗🙇♀️)!
#9 Story Community
For 2022, I'll also be introducing a new page where everyone can go wild with their imagination! Fanfiction or just stories that came to your mind, despite the genre! I'd love to get to know you more on an imaginative scale, so I hope you can spare a few minutes to create a miniature world of your own every now and then!
